Purpose and Need Public Meeting
Held September 30, 2008

As part of the scoping process, a Purpose and Need Public Meeting was held on September 30, 2008 to provide the public with an opportunity to review and comment on the draft purpose and need statement developed for the project. Notification of the meeting was sent to local officials, agencies, stakeholders and property owners within the study area. The meeting was attended by 64 people.
